The Saputo Biscotto oven floor offers unmatched cooking uniformity!  The Ardore Oven is the smaller model of the gas oven line (the Emozione model is the larger version).  Weighing only 40lbs, it is lightweight enough to be portable!  Hosting a powerful gas burner, you can reach temperatures of up to 1022°F allowing you to cook a variety of foods such as meats, vegetables, breads, etc in addition to mouthwatering Neapolitan pizzas.

The powerful 6kw gas burner allows you to quickly reach the temperature for cooking your pizzas up to a maximum temperature of 1022 ºF, an important requirement especially for lovers of Neapolitan pizza. The particular design of the burner allows to uniform the cooking and to balance the internal temperatures to guarantee the best results.
