Pizza Oven Shipping, Tracking & Damage Claims

Order Confirmation & Processing:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have authorized your credit card for the purchase. This does not however always mean your item is currently available or the item is available at that price. While we try to keep up-to-date inventory and pricing information on our website, inventory levels and prices change on a daily basis and we cannot always keep information current. 

All orders, including pre-orders are fully payable upon the date the order is placed.

We do not ship internationally. Only to the 48 continental USA.

Once we have finalized your authorization for purchase, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in-stock and available for immediate shipment. Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. There may be circumstances where this will be beyond 3 days for processing.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail, text or phone to inform you that the item is not currently available for delivery. You can decide if you would like to wait for the expected in-stock date or cancel the order. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the order for shipment.

Order Shipping & Package Tracking:

If your order is in stock, it typically will ship within 5-12 business days from the date of your order after it has gone through order processing. There are unique circumstances that might delay shipping or extend transit times. With free shipping offers, we do not and cannot guarantee a timeline for delivery. 

Shipments are sent signed delivery receipt. Make sure your delivery address is correct and someone will be available to sign for the delivery. Orders returned that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information or no receiving party to sign will incur fees as outlined in our CANCELLATIONS & REFUND information.

We will e-mail you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: support@pizzaovenparadise.com.

Shipping Damage Claims:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediately when it arrives and BEFORE you sign for the shipment. If your package appears damaged from shipping, DO NOT ACCEPT IT or sign for it. Take photos of the damage and tell the driver that you cannot accept damaged goods, and notify us immediately. If you accept a package that appears damaged from shipping, it will be much more difficult to process a damage claim. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and/or assist you with filing a damage claim with the manufacturer.

We must receive any damage reports within 12 hrs. of receipt of package. All damage claims go through the manufacturer which is the shipper of the product. Pizza Oven Paradise does not handle damage claims. Manufacturers handle ALL shipping/damage and warranty claims.

Report all damage issues to Pizza Oven Paradise. Please email support@pizzaovenparadise.com with your request as soon as you receive the damaged item. We will send you the contact info so you can begin initiating your claim.
