The differences between our models are the dimensions. Front panel in stainless steel, roof varnished red or brown, stand-alone cart made in stainless steel or varnished black.

The Rossofuoco CAMPAGNOLO outdoor direct combustion oven is small in size and big in taste. Pizza ready in 2 minutes. CAMPAGNOLO differs from Nonna Luisa only in its smaller size. Ready in 10 minutes and then another 2 are enough to bake an exceptional pizza.

The distinctive feature of a Rossofuoco wood burning oven is its “direct wood oven chamber” developed by high-qualified Italian craftsmen. The refractory bricks are not in direct contact with the base of the oven but they are a little bit raised. In this way the bricks are more stable and there is a layer of air serving as insulation. This design ensures that the bricks stay warm longer.
