An oven steeped in Italian tradition, this pizza oven is the best pizza oven for the pizzaioli looking to have the option of LPG gas or wood fired cooking in their outdoor pizza oven. The Saputo Biscotto oven floor offers unmatched cooking uniformity!  The Passione 70x90 Oven is the larger model of the dual fuel line (the Bollore model is slightly smaller) with a cooking floor size of 23.62"X31.50".  

At only 138 lbs, it is even lightweight enough to be portable!  The easily removable burner allows easy conversion from and LPG (Propane) fired oven to a classic woodfired oven (please note that this oven is not designed to cook with both gas and wood at the same time).  Reaching temperatures of up to 1022°F you can cook a variety of foods such as meats, vegetables, breads, etc. in addition to mouthwatering pizzas.
